Skylight after-sales service follow-up:

In the case of normal use of SKY stage lighting products, if the product has quality problems, SKY will provide the following services to follow up:
1) Within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product, if the fault is confirmed by our repair service center, you can choose to enjoy replacement or free repair services or replacement parts.
2) Within 60 days from the date of delivery of the product, you can choose to enjoy replacement or free repair services or replacement parts.
3) Within 12 months from the date of delivery of the product, you can enjoy free maintenance services or replacement parts; more than 12 months, you can enjoy paid maintenance services for life.

After the customer confirms the order to order our products, Skylight promises to provide customers with samples of goods within 3 working days. After the samples are confirmed, they will enter mass production. The average daily output of the same product is not less than 60 to ensure the progress of the customer's project! The delivery logistics company can be specified by the customer, and the transportation cost is subject to the agreement between the two parties!
